Bidding: Acting as your CSOs (Chief Sample Officers), we carefully evaluate each bid you send us, rather than simply plugging numbers into a formula to calculate a price. We determine the best targeting options and work closely with 5, 10, or even 20+ panels to ensure we are delivering the best solution possible in the market in terms of Quality, Timing, Cost and Feasibility. Taking care of this dirty work allows you to spend more time focusing on your clients’ needs.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Project Execution: Once the project is sold we continue to make sure things run smoothly. Our sales team works closely with project management to develop a kick-off and plan for the project. We organize a plan A and plan B (or sometimes C, D, E and Z if needed ) and prepare for launching the project. We have a standard set up to keep things easy for your programmer. Just implement our standard redirect links, send us the survey URL and we’re ready to go!

Overtime Coverage: We also understand that work isn’t always 8 – 5 which is why we are flexible with launch deadlines. EMI often arranges service before hours, after hours and on weekends. EMI also uses its experience with global holidays and business calendars to set expectations regarding field time. Once we do launch we monitor progress via our SWIFT Dashboard. We watch every project like hawks so you don’t have to lose any sleep … we will deliver on time and in budget!
